Our Commitment

Collaboration: We are not a management outsourcing firm. We work with your existing staff. (PERIOD)
Access: As a client, after our initial onsite meeting and practice review, you will have access to our member-only virtual office; which provides useful information and tools designed to assist you, your staff and, as a result, the practice (PERIOD).
Performance based fees: The initial fee is $625.00. Mileage for follow-up site visits and postage are billed monthly. All other fees are based on actual increases in your office revenues over the contract period.
References: Professional references include physicians, practice managers and financial and operational executives

Front-office Management: Scheduling, eligibility, registration, and insurance verification designed to streamline dependent tasks for optimized workflow and accuracy
Revenue Cycle Management: Improve reimbursement and account receivables through a customized solution that will align workflow, technology, and accountability
Clinical Protocols: Implement protocols to connect clinical care with financial performance to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely medical coding within established and proven competencies
Technology: Transition to technologies that will enhance service delivery, maximize the patient experience and provide economic value that is sustainable and incremental
